Where is your company based?
How long will it take to receive my order?
We want you to begin enjoying your purchase as quickly as possible! Orders are processed within 2-5 business days following receipt of your payment.
Please Note: During sale events please allow for an extra 1-2 days for ordering processing.
All domestic US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 4 business days to arrive.
International orders are shipped via International First Class Mail and usually take1-3 weeks for delivery.
You will receive tracking information via email when your order is shipped.
Do you ship internationally and to APO/FPO/DPO?
Yes. We currently accept and ship orders from ALL locations that the United States Postal Service delivers to.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will accommodate your return or exchange. Do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns about your purchase.
In an effort to keep our products affordable and make your shopping experience as worry-free as possible, please note the following guidelines when returning or exchanging your item(s):
Unused Items- returned unused and in resalable condition will be fully reimbursed for item cost less shipping charges.
Used Items- can be exchanged for another product of equal value or credit toward another purchase.
Damaged Items- Any damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt to receive an even exchange. Please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) before returning.
All products must be returned to us within 15 days of when you received it to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Please notify us (email@example.com) when returning a package so that we can better assist you with your exchange/return.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

While we cannot accommodate every opportunity we are open to giveaways, product reviews, sponsorship and charitable contributions. Our products are manufactured in the USA.
What hair types are your products made for?
Our products are made for all hair types. Although they are primarily used by women of color, our products can be used by all race & ethnicities to maintain hair moisture, reduce frizz and prevent tangling.
What Materials are your Bonnets and Wraps made of?
The materials we use result in a quality, durable product that is worth your investment.
Our products are made from fine polyester satin charmeuse of varying weights. We use the highest quality fabrics because it is crucial to the success of our products and the care of your hair. Our products are not only stylish- but are made to last. We take pride in our craftsmanship and take every possible measure to give you the best products.
How do I care for my Wrap/Bonnet?
Our wraps and bonnets are made to last for years of regular use.
For Satin Wraps/Bonnets:
Hand or machine wash in cool water. Dry on low heat.* * Note: individual machine temperatures vary.
